Vision Center At Walmart

I'm not sure about the experiences other people have had but if you're prepared, have all of the things you need then the people at this vision centre will happily help you out and deliver excellent service.I had my eye exam done here and ordered my frames and lenses, they took a while because I have a peculiar prescription but they let me know that in advance. When I did get my glasses one lens had been manufactured with a defect, things looked like a fun house mirror. They sent them back had new ones in a few days for me, very fast.Eventually I broke my frame within a few months and I went in and within 30 minutes that they a new set of frames all set up with my lenses.I have honestly had exceptional service every time I have visited, and considering you're going to Walmart for glasses you should expect discount level service, although I can say what I have received has been nothing like that, top notch.

I ordered my glasses here and they added stuff like scratch resistant and extra things i did not ask for. They did it to my husband and my oldest son as well. When i called them on it they were very rude. I am now calling walmart to get my money back!

Very disappointmented with warranty. Scratch resistant didn’t last 4 months, had the lens replaced, second set only lasted 8 months. Because the 12 months was up (from first set) they wouldn’t replace the 8 month old lenses. Also don’t use glass for lenses, they use a poly, not disclosed at time of purchase. Not one to complain but you get what you pay for.

Excellent service. The manager has been super awesome with fixing my glasses multiple times and no charge. Highly recommended!

One lady there is extremely rude and she has worked there for a long time! I made it clear that the second pair were for computer reading and when I got she had ordered them as reading glasses.

Call to order refills, everytime I usually have to call 2-3 times before they actually get ordered. This time on my second call I'm told that my Rx is expired so they won't order. Would've been nice to know when I first called.

I had a fantastic experience at the Peterborough Walmart Vision centre. I had my eye test done elsewhere but came here for glasses, despite some reviews I read. I was a little skeptical at first but I’m 110% happy with our glasses and the service that was provided.The optician was so friendly, helpful and very accommodating; even after I declined the anti glare and then changed my mind 2 days after receiving the glasses. She ordered new lens with the anti glare and will quickly switch the lens when they come in and my daughter doesn’t have to go without glasses again. A super simple process that was executed perfectly. At the end of the day, I’m thankful and happy with the staff at this location!

Terrible customer service. DeeDee is completely ignorant in the way she speaks to customers. She also tried changing my appointment to an hour earlier then was booked. Would not let me get a word in over the phone and then hung up on me mid sentence... I cancelled our appointments her behaviour was unacceptable
