I have been a customer for 25 years and *always* receive 5* service from all staff. Heather's care and support are instrumental in my high level of excellent vision with my contacts including RGPs, and now scleral lenses. There are so many things that I love about this office! I have never seen someone as dedicated and determined as Heather to making sure my lenses fit, were comfortable, affordable and durable. Heather is always professional, compassionate and friendly. She worked within what was comfortable for me and was always transparent about the costs as well as the benefits and cons of each lens that I was interested in. It took me a few appointments because I was god awful hard on my lenses but each appointment Heather was patient and willing to try different lenses until I was satisfied with the results.The staff are also friendly and welcoming, they are on the ball and work like a well oiled machine. I will always come back to this office as it is amazing and I always receive excellent service and I have never had an unpleasant experience. If you are thinking about going here for your lenses, then please do. Let the majority of positive reviews speak for this wonderful team.

Five decades of great service from CLS ! Having a high prescription, I started wearing lens in 1973 and have only dealt with CLS. Over the years, Heather has walked me through numerous lens and working with various changes in my vision. Always meticulous in her fittings, it was nice to know she cares so much about ensuring the best service she could provide. Cannot imagine trusting anyone else.I will miss her and Harold as I recently underwent cataract surgery and no longer need lenses.But, as I have for years, I will recommend CLS to anyone needing contacts. Whether your needs are great or small, you will be given service by the best !

I have ordered contact lenses in Oct 2021 and the lenses finally arrived in Feb 2022.But these lenses are uncomfortable, very blurred and can’t see clearly. So returned them right away at the office. But Heather pushed me to pay the balance and I paid it. Over 5 months since I ordered, I didn’t have lenses. I’m very tired of waiting too long. So I emailed and called several times to ask when my new lenses are arrived. But they never call me back and keep ignoring me. I can’t understand them. I ask you for a full refund!-$929!. If you see my message, please call me and get my money back! Do not ignore customer! Do not take customer’s money ! - Misun

I have been a customer of Heather at Contact Lens Services for 40+ years. All those years ago, I made an appointment with Heather after unsuccessfully trying to be fitted with contacts through another optometrist and being told I couldn't wear them. From then to the present time, I have purchased many pairs of lenses through CLS and have always had good service and perfect fittings. Heather is very knowledgeable and dedicated to serving her customers.

I was referred to Heather (from Contact Lens Services) by my ophthalmologist for scleral contact lens fitting. Heather is a dedicated professional who has spent the last 3 months modifying and adapting my lenses to give me the best vision i have had in the last 10 years. Her persistence and perseverance with my complicated prescription is greatly appreciated.
